Vandi Mandi acts as a digital marketplace connecting car sellers (dealers or individuals) and buyers.
All vehicle details, prices, and descriptions are provided by the sellers. Vandi Mandi does not guarantee their accuracy, authenticity, or completeness.
Users should verify documents, ownership, and vehicle conditions before making any purchase.
Vandi Mandi shall not be liable for disputes, misrepresentations, or losses from user interactions or transactions.

4. Pricing & Payments

Vehicle prices are set by the sellers and may include applicable taxes, fees, or additional charges.
Vandi Mandi may charge service or subscription fees for premium listings, advertising, or dealer memberships.
All payments must be made only through authorized and secure payment channels provided on the Platform.
Vandi Mandi is not responsible for any payments or transactions made outside the Platform or through unauthorized means.

5. Service Packages & Subscriptions

Subscription plans or paid services are subject to specific terms, pricing, and validity periods.
All fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise.
Vandi Mandi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any package or service without prior notice.

6. Vehicle Inspection & Delivery

Vandi Mandi does not own, sell, or control the vehicles listed on the Platform.
Test drives, inspections, and deliveries are arranged directly between buyers and sellers.
Vandi Mandi shall not be responsible for delays, damages, or losses from user-to-user transactions or logistics.

7. Intellectual Property

All logos, trademarks, content, designs, software, and graphics are the exclusive property of Vandi Mandi.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any part of the Platform’s content without our prior written consent.
Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may lead to legal action.

8. Third-Party Links

The Platform may include links to third-party websites or services for user convenience.
Vandi Mandi does not control or endorse the content, products, or practices of such external sites.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes or claims arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
