Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Vandi Mandi, customer satisfaction is our utmost priority. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before making any payment.

1. Cancellations

  • Online cancellation options are not available on our platform.
  • If a customer or dealer wishes to cancel a plan or service, they must contact Vandi Mandi Customer Support directly.
  • The Vandi Mandi Management Team will review the request and handle the cancellation through mutual discussion and negotiation.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed only under specific conditions, as determined by Vandi Mandi Management, after evaluating the cancellation or issue reported.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be initiated within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

3. Technical Issues in Online Payments

  • In case of any technical issues during online payment (such as transaction failure, double payment, or delay in confirmation), Vandi Mandi will not be responsible for any loss or delay caused by the customer's bank, dealer's bank, or payment gateway.
  • The issue must be resolved directly between the concerned bank and the customer or dealer.
